SERVICE AGREEMENT

The contents of www.myjodoh.net ("myJodoh") is contributed by its members "Members" and made available to the Members via Internet. As a Member you are solely responsbile for the contents of the information you publish on myJodoh and the interactions you carry on with other Members.

myJodoh is not responsbile for any personal information you or any other Member may choose to disclose on this service. By registering with myJodoh you, hereby, verify that you are an adult (at least 18 years old) and understand that either you or myJodoh may terminate your membership for any reason.

If you terminate the service, you will not be entitled to a refund or any unused portion of your contract (if applicable).

By registering, you agree to abide by the myJodoh's code of conduct and acknowledge the disclaimer below. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute or sell any information of myJodoh except the information that is in public domain or for which you have been given permission. You agree to indemnify and hold myJodoh, its officers, directors, agents, employees, assignees and third party contractors harmless from any and all claims arising directly or indirectly from the use of this service by you or any other person authorized or permitted by you to use the service.

myJodoh reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to "Members". myJodoh shall not be liable to "Member" or any third party should myJodoh exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Communications between you and other Members will remain private. You will provide correct and truthful information to the best of your knowledge and not knowingly mislead other Members of myJodoh. You will not solicit business or harass other Members via personal message, e-mail, through telephone conversations or during meetings.

You will not post any telephone numbers; e-mail and URL addresses; names and street addresses; advertisements and chain letters or vulgar, racist and offensive language in any part of your profile YOUR PROFILE, which is viewable by other Members.

You will not use myJodoh to defame or slander any person or violate any person's privacy or other rights. You will promptly notify myJodoh of any inappropriate behavior on the part of other Members.

You acknowledge that your membership may be terminated without a refund, if you knowingly violate this code of conduct.

DISCLAIMER

myJodoh does not verify the information submited by its Members and does not make any representation as to its reliability. myJodoh does not review contents of e-mail messages. myJodoh will not resolve any disputes between Members or disputes involving Members and Internet service providers or telephone companies. myJodoh has the right but no obligation to remove any offensive material posted. myJodoh's service relies on the performance of many third party service providers like telephone companies, Internet service providers, hardware providers and software contractors.

myJodoh does not warrant that the system will be always operational, without delays or that transmissions will be secure. Accordingly it provides the service on an as is basis, without implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

BY REGISTERING YOU AGREE TO THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH THIS SERVICE IS OFFERED. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE PLEASE TERMINATE YOUR PARTICIPATION IMMEDIATELY.
